Considering the OS, they could pick up 100 million shares and not need to file anything. Couple insiders could be scooping up shares that were bought @ 3,4,5 few months ago...
If there were shares from conversions still left hanging around, and they were being picked up @ 6 and 7 instead of 3,4,5, there's a good chance something positive is forthcoming.
One thing's for sure, rubber is due to meet the road here very soon
