It isn’t “due diligence” when you don’t seek truth and instead try to paint a false narrative on some huge company merging into a scam OTC company, effectively handing their ownership over to the shareholders of that company for nothing. No legitimate company would do that. It would be stupid. It’s a scam, a variation of the China hustle complete with mysterious company and grossly exaggerated values solely intended to steal money from those that haven’t figured out the con.
