Those shares were bought and sold, or sold and bought back. They are now in OS...they are in the float. They have hit the market. New shares don't print otherwise. What entity bought them is relevant....but the fact remains that nearly 40% of the OS has traded in 5 days. New shares absorbed. Looks like lows are holding....
