Why do you keep spreading false and misleading info? Many folks have looked into the "Spinoff" theory you guys made up and it isn't possible. It is 100% illegal to issue a spin off dividend that is entirely different from the current stock without letting investors know. It's a ridiculous premise. Similar to what AMC tried with the APE Coin, a total failure.

Instead of trying to look for ways to "beat shorty" why not focus on management and hold them accountable?
