Hey sqrl, I love the positive sentiment, but this always fascinates me. If someone thinks a company is going places and wants to own a piece, why would you offer 0.35 but not, say, 0.38 and be guaranteed to own it rather than risk it never executing at the lower price and be forever out of the opportunity?
