LOL. Same SPP filing provided was from May 2017. Unfortunately, for you, the Snpw (public co. name change) and merger with Sun Pacific Power (private company) didn't happen until November 2017.

You sure Frank Capria Sr. is still active, overseeing Sun Pacific Power's financials, because he's claims to be working "pro bono" as CFO/COO. But, Frank also owned 11,858,275 common shares (as May 2017) of Snpw stock and was scheduled to be issued 1,342,953 of SPP common shares. And, why is Frank's name not mentioned in any of street outdoor transit (Sun Pacific Power's subsidiary) old press releases announcing bus shelter or bench contract (now terminated) with Ri, Nj and Fl?

If Frank Sr. is still active with Sun Pacific Power's day-to-day duties and fiduciary obligations, to shareholders, maybe Frank signed for Sun Pacific Power as CFO/COO, when SPP inked its deal with NikK and his side company, CaC realty, in April 2023? The same promissory note terms which holds Sun Pacific Power hostage for 30% of its sales profits forever and a promissory note payoff due 12 months from April 2023.

And why is NickK the "only" person signing the SEC filings since the merger in November 2017 except for Mr. Randazzo's signature from time to time in the past?

The reason you don't see him in the Sun Pacific Holding filings is because he is the CEO/COO of Sun Pacific Power Corp not Sun Pacific holding company

Thanks for telling me what Kazi already told you. And Sun Pacific Power Corp is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Snpw. So far, anyways, considering ZERO sales and ceo's side company's (CaC realty) promissory note due in two months or less.

Kazi has been busy looking behind the curtain to find a few other players. More to follow.
