Just listened to the call again. The partnership between Kerogen and JP3E sounds like it's already in place. They have the supply in the ground that will last decades and niche clients that pay higher premiums. Sounds amazing and I'm hoping to learn more about this soon! Audit from PCAOB firm planned, Commodities start to ship soon..Cig sounds like a beast on the Real Estate side. CIG is owned by JP3E. CIG and Kerogen have synergies too and CIG provides capital for projects and Kerogen projects qualify for EB5!
JP3E Executives have been working with John Park for years. A Few more Big Executives are still coming they said! So much already done in only 60 days!!
This will be a beast imo as more Significant and Major deals including acquisitions are announced!
