Total BS. 🙄 I guess we are on to the next shiny thing now that the trading platform and its method patent continue to be rendered useless. The problem is that the new shiny things to promote are stupid in my opinion. I don't understand why traders would enter their shares of common stock on a blockchain system let alone corporate governance, and capital fund raising. Is there actual security risks associated with any of these activities? Like I said before, BINGO on a blockchain to protect those vulnerable seniors. I suspect like everything else few would, if anyone would pay to use it. 😆

Pretty telling that the CEO didn't talk about the need to "...agreement with a broker dealer or an alternative trading system (“ATS”)". in either of the two infomercial interviews or any of the recent press releases. The last comment was in the September press release "...At this time, no ATS has committed to an arrangement." You would think he would have at least continued to float the "We believe", "We currently intend to", "will continue to seek", narrative. 🤣 For those new to this ticker the issue with the need to license agreement with a broker dealer or an alternative trading system (“ATS”)" is detailed in post# 10381 with links to the information. This CEO is the blockchain industry's version of "big hat no cattle"

The issue for years according to the company's own print "Our plan to operate the BlackStar Digital Trading Platform™ relies on our ability to enter into a license agreement with a broker dealer or an alternative trading system (“ATS”)" Will the CEO talk about it or will this go back to trading deep in the trips again? According to the S-1 offering statements [i[color=red]]"The SEC however has not yet proposed regulations for ATS trading of digital securities and is treating ATS applications under existing regulations."[/color] Again, will he talk about it or are we just selling shares.
