Douginil- I think it would be a very smart move to have that to sustain share price during the construction...... can't think of anything else that might sustain the SP, unless they found tons of gold under there during construction!! hehe

It might attract additional interest from 'suitors' for a potential merger or buyout..... I'm down with either.....
