Read my post again - I added another theory which says that what was owed by Lannett to Elite as Licensing fee became a pumpkin on April 1st - and all teh amount was paid in one lump sum on April 1st as Manufacturing fees because teh agreement ended. Which is backed by the numbers in the Sec Filing
