Yes, no change in the outstanding share count according to the January 29th because the restraining order preventing Blackstar from trading any shares since November 9th. However they did partial lawsuit conversions since as directed by the court shown in the previous update dated January 5th. They have a hearing on Friday for an appeal. It will get interesting when the lawsuit shares hit the street, the restraining order is lifted, and Blackstar can finally start taking advantage of this patent promotion while it lasts.
