no. there is only one share of PVSP left after the 1 for 5 trillion share reverse split. this will cause the company to have a mud wrestling event (i prefer jello wrassling) for the one remaining share worth $1.00

But don't despair, it will be fun to watch PVSP shareholders wrassle for that share and the winner (a giant samoa warrior named Ernie) reaping the benefits when the value climbs 100% to a whole $2.00

I don’t think an RS is in the pic before the spinoff. However, after the spinoff it is obvious according to the bj deceptive posts, the “founders” will pay off the debt with their 20% ownership leaving the company with the entire AS being consumed with insignificant revenue and no profit, basically back to square one. That being said, pvsp has been extremely beneficial to many of us over the years as Riss does come up with good runs based upon BS deals which never come to fruition, the definition of pennyland.
