Funny that no one is concerned about the timing of the lead lawyer dropping from the case with Friday’s notice.
Lamebutt’s case has to be the funkiest I’ve ever experienced: biased comments with no reprimand, an even amount of jurors, long Halloween holiday, tied vote, retrial scheduled, so many time extensions without any reprimands fir dragging his slow as molasses actions, 8-0 jury verdict again with biased opinions, more delays, and now lead lawyer off the case.
