There’s little value to the CEO for this ticker imo. He has to disclose to stay current and that clearly isn’t something he’s interested in. He can’t sell his commons into the market in any volume or the pps would plummet to no bid. He can’t sell the ticker as a shell for the company is still operational with asset. Sales probably suck and he doesn’t want to face the criticism in reporting. JMO
