Its due to the uncertainty caused by the 14C that was filed with an OPTION for a 4000-1 RS.

This is currently the biggest factor restraining the pps from trading in the 01+ range imo.

IF/WHEN that provision gets cancelled, the skys the limit, as they say!!!
