Lemme get this straight--- So under the Primary Outcome 56 participants analyzed with 700mg leronsaline finished with a total score of -3.5 (3.03) and 28 participants analyzed with Placebo finished with a total score of -3.4 (3.19) correct?
Leronsaline performed about the same as placebo correct?
Where exactly does it say leronsaline participants "did better"?
Really. Look again. Show Serious Adverse Events Placebo 700mg Leronlimab Affected / at Risk (%) Affected / at Risk (%) Total 6/28 (21.43%) 5/56 (8.93%)
The Modified Intent-to-Treat (mITT) population is defined as the set of subjects who have received at least one dose of leronlimab or placebo and is population used for the analysis of efficacy parameters or measurements. The Safety Population includes all subjects who received at least one dose of leronlimab or placebo. This population was used for the analysis of safety parameters or measurements. There were 84 subjects in the MITT and Safety Population.
Each vial consisted of 1.75 mg, not 700 mg. Still the adverse events were almost 3 times less for those lucky enough to receive leronlimab...even just one dose some of them!!! $CYDY$ Leronlimab 2024
Interesting. I've never read a drug study report before. So that one was done a few years ago and reported last year? Looks like the placebo people survived. The people on the drug had one death and one person missing??? How would a drug with these results get approved?
