Recounting the same ballots after they were inserted doesn't change the fraud. With Pennsylvania being the biggest offender, was there a signature ID match done? NOPE!!!! Why not? The Penn Supreme Court didn't want to expose the fraud. (5 dems 1 repub). The voter rolls would have proved the mail in scam.
