That's a good question 'dablitz', and I will give it my best shot !!!

I'm sure it probably has something to do with the lack
of Operating Capital but , beyond that,
I don't want to speculate !!!

However, I will say this; Moving forward; I think the Joint Venture between the two companies,
will solve a multitude of issues, and through Acquisitions & Partnerships,
they will generate an incredible "Revenue Stream" in the . . .
Rapidly Growing, . .Cannabis Sector !!!

Note; With the advent of "Cryptocurrency & Tokenization", they
may have completely solved the issue of "Funding" !!!
That will be huge, and I anticipate more
clarity on that topic - soon !!!
