Yep lawyer payment for shareholder litigation is typically only as a direct result of winning the case despite the occasional bickering here about billable hours. They do it this way to mitigate frivolous lawsuits, which is to say the plaintiff teams must have an incentive and skin in the game in the first place.

Even just a slice of 58B is a significant prize.

Isn’t most pro bono cases won is 15% to 25% of all settlement ? So of the $612 million + interest still cuts alot into shareholders payout !
