Well. they said they would start with 200 TPD and not 1000. Maybe that mill would suffice for that load, IDK. But, who would unload a new piece of machinery on the dirt and not wait until the final installation site was ready to deliver to site? Last pictures there wasn't even cement poured in that building, much less a foundation for heavy machinery as picture shows...
