Wow! Bro $30k… that makes me sick… but for him to continue to throw money at OTC to stay alive something has to be cooking. I just wish he was a little more transparent for guys like you and I whose been here for a long time and great supporters of the company. What is your total investment that is the maximum to can take as a loss. And the maximum you can take each year is $3000 unless you set up a Corporate account instead of a personal account.
There is another way to take the entire $30k as a loss but you need to discuss it as a loss.
I suspect you are attempting to take a $30,000 loss from when the price went to $0.05 for a cup of coffee.
