They just hired the CEOs to manage these deals. International deals are a complex process with lots of Govt red tape. They need to make sure the groups the place the orders have payments in place and verified.

I'm in no hurry as I think this group knows what they are doing and more important know the players involved in these markets.

Time will tell.
