One thing that always stuck with me is a saying that was directed at me many years ago when I was in charge of a grocery department. It happened during the busy holiday season and the shelves were getting low on popular holiday items. Manager came to me asking why is the product inventory getting low. I gave him what I thought were valid reasons, blaming suppliers. However, he sat me in his office and stated, "I want results not excuses". To this day I remember that saying, and I am thankful the manager said that to me. I think we are all getting tired of the same narrative here, we all just results! I am still bullish but like many here are losing faith after two years plus.
