Exactly!!! I can’t find any concrete evidence of a store being in the process of opening.
No license to operate a business.
From what I understand a license is required for your plans to be submitted.
For plans to be submitted you must have a lease if not new construction.
To have plans it must be signed off by an architect.

Nothing points to a store in the process of being opened.


Now the PRs to sell shares will probably be about the store opening.
