Facts don't matter anyway. What really matters is faith. Faith in the good cause, and that the fair, the decent, and the just will win. At least as long as it ends up lining your own pockets. ;-)
The jump to $5 after the election was based on a comment by Mnuchin stating something to the effect that "We have to do something about FNMA". Of course, neither he nor anyone in the Trump administration had a clue what that would entail. What we got was a feeble attempt by the 3 Stooges to convince the Senate Housing Committee that the twins should be released. Maybe next time, they will have their sh*t together. Maybe not. No guarantees with either party.
