BTW ........for those who are worried about an RS on $SONX.......Not gonna happen and here's why:

A RS would have Zero effect on the Market Cap.

NYSE has a Market Cap requirement but NO price requirement.
Nasdaq does have a price requirement.....that's why a RS DOES work for Nazzy stocks.....but not NYSE.

What would do it is if they issued a shit ton more shares.......make them restricted.....and here's why:

Market Cap = OS Shares x the Price..........

SO if they had more shares they'd maybe have the 50M Market Cap..........OR........we get that fucking price up.......lol
