Partnerships and buy outs for a product that cannot be monetized due to regulatory rules governing the trading of common stock. 🙄 The CEO just sat for two paid infomercials of nearly 30 minutes combined. Few even try to promote anything the CEO had to say in the infomercials anymore and they a but a couple of weeks old. Nothing new for the BlackStar Digital Trading Platform™ which is the method patent in terms of efficacy. The company received guidance from the SEC in 2020 that Blackstar should register as an alternative trading system (“ATS”). Of course it would be ridiculous for anyone wanting to use their product to have to register as an ATS so the company has been talking about partnering with broker / dealers for years. The fact that the CEO didn't even mention the subject in two paid infomercials means that we can assume that there is nothing new to report. Post# 10381 complete with links to the information concerning the need to "...license agreement with a broker dealer or an alternative trading system."

Partnership coming soon imo

The issue for years according to the company's own print "Our plan to operate the BlackStar Digital Trading Platform™ relies on our ability to enter into a license agreement with a broker dealer or an alternative trading system (“ATS”)" Will the CEO talk about it or will this go back to trading deep in the trips again? According to the S-1 offering statements "The SEC however has not yet proposed regulations for ATS trading of digital securities and is treating ATS applications under existing regulations." Again, will he talk about it or are we just selling shares.
