How do you cancel borrowed money without paying them off? Common sense tells me you can't.

Cancelled is different then paid off

Correct, you are right, they are different BUT for us, the shareholders, in this case, the results of such are the same: No debt, clean slate!!! Does it matter if it got canceled or paid-off? In this case, it doesn’t because the financials table is clean… This healthy dip pullback is a blessing!!! I am adding more at market open

Do you know the reason why it was cancelled, when there is no preferred shares to even convert, how was it cancelled?
