agree that substantive catalysts will need to happen to really securely break out, but it seems premature to call the statements in PRs are 'empty'.

The share reductions, debt reduction, commitments to efforts outlined, as well as other statements may with some elements be forward looking , saying empty suggests disingenuousness rather than than a 'trust but verify' approach.
