At this point, no one knows if the whole company or a portion/spin off will come in. It's just shy of a 2 Billion o/s so we will see what happens soon enough. Being that it is a "China" stock, it may take longer to get the ball rolling. It's been 2 months already so some filings will hit with an Attorney letter. Then ask yourself why didn't they go Big board right off the bat with a "70 billion" company. ??? This merger could be one for the record books?
