I can see it in ihub under the trade history. Look up Epaz on ihub. You can see another 8 million at least today. A company with that much R&D happening to satisfy and obtain the government has to have funds to do it. Epaz has 123 employees, so it not some clown working out of his garage. They have to pay these people to perform said R&D. If passley is successful at getting to phase II, Epaz won’t be in pennies anymore and the dilution will mean nothing. That’s what we want.
