Not to own via WTS Does that have any value in 2024 --- GIVEN I bet they never ever had an intention to hold F and F hostage - in jail - conserved for 15 years (one can debate - intent to kill in 3-4 years or release in 3-4 both possible --- but IMO no one thought to put them in jail for 15 years)
And I am not sure how warrants drive the price to zero - which seems to be what the GOV is saying (p 24 noted?). Dilution at some future date would reduce price - but zero ?
just some thoughts ---- and maybe suggesting that the GOV has shown it can do a what of what it simply wants and courts do not reject so maybe the future holds what the GOV wants --- whoever is POTUS as an added unknown
