Even when they were diluting it has never made sense to me to keep it pegged at .0001 but it has worked out as they have been able to max out the AS a number of times and then just split it...The last 2 filings show no change in the OS but clearly someone still does not want this to move...not sure I buy the massive short theory but even if it is true what is it going to take to make them cover?
