This came from the sale of Ooh La Lemin Lemonade to Sprecher Brewing.

"We received $450,000 at the closing of the transaction, all of which was allocated to the repayment of certain of our debt obligations."

The balance sheet shown on the next 10K, should hopefully look much better. in terms of the remaining convertible debt.
