My 2 cents worth on ILGY...FWIW...look at the volume bars I have circled...Massive! and yet PPS is unable to make a significant rise.There is a possibility that it will fly but experience has shown me that a significant rise will now be difficult.Support is only good until too many players get wise to it!As a stock reaches support levels MASSIVE positions are taken by far too many players putting MASSIVE selling pressure on a stock because of it.That IMO is why support fails if there is no serious dilution problem which..of course..is another story.In the market a stock "always" does this or that ..until it doesnt(LOL) and as too many players figure it out it no longer CAN DO this or that due to the selling pressure too close to support so...Support Fails...People sell...it starts a New Support level and the process repeats itself forcing the stock into a perpetual downtrend with the exception of an occasional pop as players get disillusioned...back off of it..and it has a dead cat bounce since selling pressure diminishes and the stock can once again try to rise...chart
