Why isn’t the form 10 filed?

He said he would clean up GVSI and he did

GVSI is not clean. Sharp even had to admit it's delinquent in the post you referenced.

Nothing has been done about clearing up the preferred shares so no Form 10.

Sharp has been "forseeing" no problems yet for GVSI yet problems is all GVSI has.

GVSO is delinquent with the SEC and has no form 10 and problems with preferred shares.

I said GVSI was delinquent with the SEC for more than two years and I was right.

GVSI remains delinquent with the SEC.
