If you mean the CET1 it would be substantially less if they cancel senior prefs.

Brooge, the Cap requirements would have to be reduced from the sky high numbers that Calabria put on them to like 2-21/2%. Then the cancellation of the Seniors , LP and warrants would play the largest factor! That would put us in a position for a more realistic Cap requirement.

Don't you remember? It was set at a bazillion dollars so it would never be achieved. Chances of an economic crisis would have time to come along again, causing F&F to flounder, and on the second attempt, the TBTFs would seize the books of business from them.
