The pvsp buy in record date was established with the initial PR, the question is , has it been extended???????

Thanks for your response. I went through the company pr’s for last year and saw (I believe) a SOR date from July to August 2023. I don’t remember the exact dates. I guess they can change that? I need to dig deeper obviously. What caught my attention here was the announcement that the PCAOB audit for 2021-22 is finished and they are working on 2023.
Those audits aren’t cheap either. This company is for real and has money. That right there makes it a very interesting play IMO. Hate the bloated SS, a RS is a real risk, but if the company really cares about their shareholders, they will retire shares and/or do a buyback. That would send this trip 4 share price to a much higher valuation. Either way it will be interesting and possibly a very lucrative investment
