I don’t believe Wee was expressing an ebullient happiness with KBLB’s repeated delays. But neither was he giving the relationship a 0 out of 10. Or a 1/10. Those ratings would have suggested that the relationship between the two companies had turned sour to the point of breaking.

6 out of 10 suggests there is still a working relationship and that Wee hopes things will get better in 2024. That’s different from “There is no contract anymore.”

Room for improvement, but not a failed marriage. That was my read.
