If you want to prevent them from lending them out put a Good until cancelled sell on them for $1.00 and keep raising the prices as it moves up

But you have to be sure your JAGX shares are in a cash account and not being held on margin. They can short margin held shares but not cash account shares

Correct on positive Phase III Results you can take the charts and throw them out the window.

I am here for the Phase III Results which we all expect to be good!
