Dont know of any Sub pennies with P/E ratio. Most if not all pumps in OTC have been OS dependent. This is new territory for sure. Traders are not used to this.interesting!!Thats why you see GOon so fixated on OS. Hmmm that means a buy back can send this extremely…..lol
