Someone found where it said phases. So I believe they already knew about the second phase. That’s why they put out the broad timeline when they responded to someone on Twitter. Which was 3-12 weeks to complete.

Last week, was week 12.

Of course all we can do is speculate.

I agree with you Cat it will be submitted this quarter it might be at the end of March but it’s still the first quarter.
