the overhang on PPS of FNMA - aside from HERA/FHFA/CONSERVATORSHIP in general is the GOV/TREASURY accounting that has the LP at a 200B obligation from F and F to Treasury

nothing comes close to that - nothing -

(using my one allowed post to repeat it is the LP that is the unresolved issue keeping us from say $20 over night)
