all stock did stage 1 at stage 4..its normal a bearish period. This stock is now very Bullish.. At $11 it was not time to buy this..you must learn when to buy a stock. Now this stock is very bullish..The golden cross in daily is done and the crossing for the longterm bullish phase according to Weinstein is done, also the SMA30 has crossed SMA150..its very strong for the long terme.The price stay above the SMA30 its bullish according to Weinstein. Somes week ago it was the best to enter in this stock. but its also better to buy now not at $11 while it was in consolidation( ceiling phase or phase3). And yes CATV is similar at this stock the golden cross in daily is done and the prices stay above the SMA30 in weekly all bullish
