I don't have a USGA index. My club doesn't participate. We play what's called a dog fight where you have to pull points. 1 for bogey 2 for par 4 for birdie and 8 for eagle. My five year average that I have to pull is 34 so if I shoot 74 with 2 bogeys I'm even.
