So in simple terms it's not a done deal, it closes in 60 days. You own a house when you close, not when you sign a purchase contract with partial payment. Just like closing on a house things may arise that substantially change or stop the actual closing of the purchase. We may know in 60 days, this could be the last we hear of the whole situation based on company history. Stock was trading sideways at a low price why the rush to yet again deal in "we expect" "we hope" "we anticipate". In my opinion, it was to pump to increase volume in someone's best interest.
