Regarding what could be considered material events >> He supposedly acquired two companies in India -- no 8-K filed. Those companies supposedly closed on two contracts -- no 8-K filed. He supposedly got enough funding to pay a 3rd party (Sanmina Corp.) to manufacture the DPLS product -- no 8-K filed. But every time he gives an interview on Twitter Spaces, he files an 8-K.
