I need to see the new preferred E rights but he def has control with those added onto his current preferred. He was the owner of the credit line

Im not tripping about the dude, they say hes stepping out of actual control but I see he still owns paper control. Hes not a usual pink CEO imo, went through pandemic that destroyed supply chain among other market conditions.
