OK very interesting. Here’s a cut and paste of your cut and paste.

Knoa Pharma will be subject to operating covenants to ensure that all of its products, including all opioid products, are provided in a safe manner that reduces the risk of diversion

So maybe Knoa pharm that our ADT would benefit the most

Knoa Pharma is Purdue's other arm.
Games. Chapter 7 would send Purdue into the abyss. Forgot about Knoa.

Now they become responsible citizens eh~?

Sacklers have no vested interest in this game anymore~? Money is power and the Sackler family has plenty of both. Call me jaded, but I think that was a good write up.

Well, that definitely kills Pharma Slueth's
speculation.

Forgot all about Purdue's golden parachute, Knoa. 😆

Chapter 11 leaves a lot of wiggle room versus Chapter 7.

Now it's Knoa, suddenly the responsible
one that takes over. Right.
Same bag, different label. AIMNSHO.

“Knoa Pharma will develop and distribute opioid addiction treatment and overdose reversal medicines at no profit. It will also continue serving patients and consumers who rely on Purdue’s existing medicines; and it will utilize its scientific capabilities to bring to market other potentially life-saving medicines in its pipeline. “

So does this mean only the opioid addiction treatment and overdose reversal medicines will be developed and distributed at no profit. Purdues other existing and any new medicines can be sold for profit is the way that I’m reading this. Otherwise why wouldn’t they just say Knoa Pharma is a not for profit company.
