I don't see how it will even have a chance when Faro wants BB involved ? Doesn't seem Faro cares about the shareholders but cares about the guy who ran this company into the ground.
ANT said he was going to start up the nanologixlitigation web site again... still under maintenance... does it really matter at this point? Seems with them likely being officially out of business with a for rent sign on the door it's a mute point. Wonder if BB let the Faro's know he was shutting down. Man what a fiasco, just can't believe someone on the verge of BK wouldn't accept any kind of a decent offer to help generate some apparent greatly needed income. Guess there's just too much dirt behind the scenes we don't know about IMO. Having my broker liquidate the position for a write off.
